Delivery Area
We provide free delivery within the United States. We currently only ship to addresses located within the United States. Every order is carefully prepared and packaged before leaving our warehouse.

Processing and Delivery Times

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Shipping time: 3–7 business days from the date of shipment
• Total delivery time: typically 4–9 business days

Order Cut-off Time
Our daily cut-off time is 3:00 PM (GMT-5), Eastern Standard Time (Newyork), Monday through Saturday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Order Tracking
Shipments are handled by trusted courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment all the way through to delivery.

Possible Delays
While we do our best to ensure shipments arrive as planned, in exceptional circumstances delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions or increased logistical demand. In such cases, we remain at your disposal.
